Sail from Los Gigantes aboard the 14-meter El Mojo Picón with skipper Antonio or Francesco. In three hours, you may see pilot whales, dolphins, turtles, and fish in the Teno-Rasca Marine Reserve, then swim or snorkel beside the cliffs. Small groups, snacks, drinks, and gear are included.

Meet at Port Olímpic for a three-hour, hands-on sailing course limited to five people. Your Spanish or English-speaking skipper covers safety, navigation, port handling, and sail maneuvers, then lets you take an active role at the helm. No previous sailing experience is required, but bring sun protection and comfortable shoes.

Set sail from Gouves with a small crew aboard a boat limited to 14 travelers. Choose a 4.5 to 5-hour day trip to Dia Island, or a shorter sunset cruise to Saint George Bay during summer. Expect swimming, snorkeling, SUP, fishing gear, Cretan food on the longer trip, and guides such as Stratos, Manos, or Dimitrios.

Set sail from Puerto Colón for three hours along Costa Adeje. Your English or Spanish-speaking crew serves water, soft drinks, beer, and cava while you watch for dolphins and whales. You may stop for a sea swim, and one recorded trip with Captain Felix also spotted sea turtles. Food, hotel transfers, and extra drinks are not included.

Sail from Chrousso Marina along the Kassandra coast for about three hours, choosing a daytime outing or a sunset return. The small yacht carries no more than 11 people, with water, coffee, tea, and taxes included. You will stop at an island, but dinner and transport to the marina are not included.

Spend three hours sailing Sal’s southwest coast aboard the classic yacht Lucy, usually with 8 to 10 people. The crew serves snacks and soft drinks, provides shade and snorkeling gear, and stops for an optional swim when conditions allow. Daniel and the team are known for a warm, multilingual service, though French commentary may not always be available.

You will see volcanic scenery, the Bocaina Channel, Corralejo’s dunes, and clear water, then stop to swim, snorkel, kayak, or use a stand-up paddle board. Captain Bill takes your private group of up to six from Shalimar into Destin’s clear Gulf waters aboard a spacious sailing catamaran. You can look for dolphins, swim, snorkel, visit Crab Island, or choose a sunset sail. The three-hour trip is offered in English and returns to the starting point.

Sail aboard the Hawaiian catamaran Winona from Maalaea for a three-hour snorkel at Turtle Town, Coral Garden, or Olowalu Reef. A certified instructor helps beginners get comfortable, while the crew provides gear, flotation devices, food, tropical juice, and soft drinks. Expect 30 to 40 passengers, two restrooms, and possible whale sightings from December through April.
